Thanks to the Trinity community’s support of the Landon Outreach Foundation, 200 Pasco County students will receive a brand new backpack filled with the school supplies they will need for a successful year.
“We had a backpack packing party,” says Ellen Zellinger, Officer of Landon Outreach Foundation. “Our staff’s kids and their friends gathered, along with our staff and some community volunteers, and together we filled 200 backpacks. It was so nice to see kids helping other kids.” Ellen said that it took several SUVs to transport all of the backpacks to the schools, where they will be distributed by guidance counselors to the neediest of our schools’ students. Thank you to ALL who helped!
I am the School Social Worker for Ridgewood High School and on behalf of
RHS, I would like to thank you for your (much needed) generous donation of
backpacks and school supplies. I assure you they will go to students in
need of assistance.
