We certify this martini has been elaborated by our team. We have read and accept the conditions set up in the Rules. We accept the decision of the organizing committee. We certify that we are 21 years of age or older.

$200 Team Entrance Fee
Teams will be comprised of 4 participants. Team entrance fee is $200 and it includes a martini entry (either exotic martini or dessert martini) into the Martini Shakedown and 4 tickets to the Chill Under The Stars Event. Each team will be responsible for creating their own unique martini either exotic or dessert.
